About the Creator
Sean Yocum, MA, BCBA, LBA, is a seasoned behavior analyst and educator with over 15 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As the Chief Executive Officer of Hickory Learning Group, he is deeply committed to enhancing the quality and integrity of ABA services. He is renowned for his advocacy of family-centered ABA practices. Drawing from personal experience with an autistic sibling, he emphasizes the necessity of caregiver training and real-world skill generalization. He critiques traditional ABA models that focus solely on clinical settings, arguing that without family involvement, therapy lacks meaningful impact.
